Paternity Testing
All D.O.T. testing is done in a N.I.D.A. certified laboratory. The trained collection staff, qualified laboratory personnel, and Medical Review Officer (MRO) all provide for excellent service and turn-around time.
Non-D.O.T. Testing :
Industrial drug screening is available for businesses that are not required to test, but would like to ensure a safe drug free workplace. DSC has a variety of panels to choose from that can detect drug abuse. We also can also customize a panel of tests to meet your company's special needs.
S.A.M.H.S.A. / N.I.D.A. Certified Lab :
Drug Screen Compliance uses Quest Laboratories (formerly Quest Diagnostics and SmithKline Beechum Clinical Laboratories) as our S.A.M.H.S.A (Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration) testing lab. This drug testing lab meets all of D.O.T.'s testing requirements.
MRO and Certified Toxicologist :
The Medical Review Officer (MRO) is a physician that is outside and separate from the laboratory. Their duty is to review and interpret all D.O.T. drug tests for validity. They check for false positives that may have been caused by medications or an accepted medical condition. The MRO also communicates with the donor on any questions that may arise about testing results. All D.O.T. drug tests are recieved and signed by the MRO.
On Site Drugs of Abuse Testing :
DSC offers to come on site to collect drug screens. We will be happy to come to your office, field location, or emergency room if needed. All collections will be conducted by D.O.T. standards. We also offer the Syva Rapid Cups for drugs of abuse testing. These cups can be used to conduct testing at your conveinence. Rapid cups can be used at work without scheduling a collector (non-D.O.T. testing only, these cups are not currently approved for D.O.T. testing). Or, these cups can be used to test individuals in the privacy of their own home.

* It is recommended that all tests with positive results are confirmed by an alternative testing method (ie. GCMS) at a laboratory.
Along with the Syva Cups that are described above for self testing, we also offer laboratory run self tests. This is a confidential test that is collected at one of our locations. Testing is available to find the presence of a variety of illegal and prescription drugs. Contact us and we will help you determine your needs.
Drug Screen Compliance offers around the clock collection services for emergency needs in the case of post-accidents and reasonable suspicion. These services are only available to the cities and outlying regions we are located in. See Locations
Drug Screen Compliance offers membership in our Random Program. The Random Program includes computer generated random selections, consortium services, and statistical data reports. We can handle all of your random needs to keep you in compliance with D.O.T.'s required percentages while maintaining easy to read quarterly statistics for your company. DSC is also available to help with audits that may challenge your substance abuse program.
Companies that join the Random Program for D.O.T. compliance will be eligible to join one of the Consortiums that we offer. A consortium is a pooling of employees from multiple companies for the purpose of random selection. This solution to random selection benefits companies, of 50 employees or less, that may not have the resources to get into compliance on their own. We currently have RSPA, FHWA, and FTA consortiums.
Our certified Breath Alcohol Technicians (B.A.T.) use LifeLoc evidential breath testers (EBTs) that are on D.O.T.'s Conforming Products List. These devices are state-of-the-art and give extremely accurate results. Drug Screen Compliance is also a distributor and trainer of LifeLoc EBTs. We offer the machines and the training to make your staff certified Breath Alcohol Technicians (B.A.T.). Supervisor & Employee Training
D.O.T. mandated supervisor awareness training is available as well as a class to inform your employees about their roll in the company's substance abuse program. Members of your staff can be trained on D.O.T. collection procedures. A certified B.A.T. class is also available to those that have purchased a breath-analyzer.
Drug & Alcohol Awareness :
Parents can feel uncomfortable talking about drugs with their children. DSC offers classes for both children and their parents to make them aware of the effects of abusing drugs. Learn how to protect yourself and your family from the problems that surround the abuse of drugs.
Company Policy Development in English and Spanish :
Policies for substance-abuse precisely outline for a company the procedures for testing and actions that can be taken. Since almost all companies have different needs, Drug Screen Compliance is able to offer custom tailored policies to fit the requirments of each individual company. We offer policies for D.O.T. regulated companies, Industrial non-D.O.T. companies, and alcohol testing needs. Our policies meet all government regulations at the time in which they are written. Any revisions or changes that need to be made will be consistant with Federal Rules and Regulations. Policies are also available in both English and Spanish versions.
